Antithrombotic treatment for migraine in patients with patent foramen ovale: multicentre, randomised, active controlled, open label trial.: New evidence identified. See linked sources for details.
ClinicalTrials.gov NCT05546320.
Relevance: Antithrombotic treatment (aspirin, clopidogrel, rivaroxaban) for migraine in adults with patent foramen ovale. Related to anticoagulation/antiplatelet therapy (drug-aspirin in formulary, drug-warfarin related to anticoagulation research interest), but in adult migraine population rather than pediatric cardiac conditions. PFO is a congenital cardiac condition but not specifically in profile diagnoses.
